Health Enterprise Partners (HEP) is a New York City-based private equity partnership formed by five professionals associated with CB Health Ventures, LLC (CBHV), a healthcare-focused private equity firm founded in 1997.  HEP will invest with a singular focus on healthcare, emphasizing healthcare services, information technology and medical device sectors.

Cain Brothers has a client base of providers, payors, medical device and equipment companies, information technology companies, and providers of outsourcing solutions to the healthcare industry.  These relationships give HEP unique access to due diligence and sales perspectives from its portfolio companies' intended customers.  Additionally, HEP expects several healthcare payors, providers, and services companies to participate in the fund, adding their financial support and industry knowledge to HEP’s roster of strategic assets.
