Mr. Holster holds a BA in Economics (1968) from the University of Connecticut, where he presently is a Director of the University of Connecticut Foundation, and an MBA (1971) from the Columbia University School of Business, where he was a Bronfman Fellow.

Prior to his affiliation with CCHS he was with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center [UPMC] for twenty two years as a leader in the revenue cycle management. His role at Cleveland Clinic Health Systems is comprised of the Revenue Cycle Management for all 10 Cleveland Clinic Health System Ohio Hospitals and Foundation Physicians. In addition, he is responsible for the management of Weston, Florida Technical and Professional billing. Lyman is responsible for all CCHS billing for the main and regions, patient access for the East and West nine hospitals, and Medical Records, Coding, and transcription for their Main Campus. In total there are 1700 employees under his direction with a model that is both centrally and de-centrally dispersed.

Prior to joining CHW, Lisa Zuckerman spent ten years at Standard & Poor’s Corporation, most recently as a Director in Standard & Poor’s San Francisco office, as health care sector leader for the western region.  Lisa served on the Board of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts (NFMA), and is past chair of the California Society of Municipal Analysts.
