Prior to joining HEP in 2007, Mr. Royall was the Chief Financial Officer of Time Link International Corp., a private equity-backed enterprise software company serving the healthcare industry.  He previously worked in the private equity group at DLJ Merchant Banking and held two positions in investment banking at UBS Warburg and Wachovia Securities.

Mr. Royall holds a BS in Economics and a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University (1996) and an MBA with distinction from Columbia University Graduate School of Business (2007).
