FIRM OVERVIEW

Health Enterprise Partners, L.P. was formed in 2006 by four principals previously associated with CB Health Ventures including:   Daniel M. Cain, a co-founder of CB Health Ventures and Cain Brothers, a healthcare focused investment banking firm, Robert B. Schulz, also a co-founder of CB Health Ventures, Richard H. Stowe, previously a General Partner of Welsh, Carson, Anderson, & Stowe (1979-1998) and Senior Advisor and co-investor with CB Health Ventures since 2000, and Rhett D. Thurman, a former principal of CB Health Ventures and hospital administrator.
