Todd Fisher

Todd is the Founder and CEO of MobileMD, a provider of a managed service health information exchange (HIE), that enables the direct connection and exchange of administrative and clinical information between hospitals and physicians via a SaaS platform. In 1996, Todd developed one of the first fully web-enabled and platform independent Electronic Medical Record (EMR) applications.  In 2005, he conceptualized and deployed the first fully outsourced clinical data exchange in the healthcare industry.

Most recently, he was the Founder and CEO of Intraprise Solutions and he currently serves as Chairman of the Board. Todd also served on active duty as an officer in the U.S. Army's Special Forces. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from of the State University of New York with a degree in Economics.
