Vita Cassese is CEO of Mardon Management Advisors, a healthcare technology and analytics advisory firm. She has over 30 years of experience as an operating executive and strategist in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors.

Prior to Mardon Management Advisors, Vita was an executive at Pfizer. She was instrumental in the creation and leadership of Pfizer’s Global Innovation and Strategy organization. Vita was CIO of Pfizer’s Worldwide Pharmaceuticals Group, as well as a member of the eight-person Worldwide Pharmaceuticals Executive Leadership Team, which was responsible for long-term business strategy. Previously, Vita served as Head of Business Technology, Market Research, and Business Analytics for the U.S. Pharmaceuticals Group.

Vita serves on the Board of Directors of Loftware, The Medical Knowledge Group, Zitter Health Insights, and Context Matters. She has previously served on the Board of Directors of StayWell and Decision Resources.

Vita is a member of the Board of Trustees of the College of Mount Saint Vincent where she chairs the Trusteeship and Governance Committee. She is a member of the International Women’s Forum and the Women’s Forum of New York.

Vita received her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the College of Mount Saint Vincent and her MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
